Users who have an Android powered device and wish to make changes and add tweaks can now use a powerful solution called Droid Manager.
The software serves as an Android Debug Bridge (ADB) interface and provides a lot of useful functions.
As soon as you connect the Android device to the PC onto which Droid Manager is running, you will be able to browse the files, install new apps, customize boot animation and manage the sounds.
